YOGA FOR YOU SURREY offers a unique approach to yoga, with an emphasis on health, strength, and balance. Classes are tailored to help you reach your individual goals, whether that’s to gain flexibility, increase strength, reduce stress, or just to get a better sense of wellbeing.
Classes are taught by Lindsay, an experienced British Wheel of Yoga instructor, who is dedicated to helping you discover the power of yoga and how it can transform your life. Lindsay believes in creating a positive and supportive environment so that everyone can feel comfortable and empowered to reach their highest potential.

Formerly Known as Chessington Yoga
YOGA FOR YOU SURREY was formerly known as Chessington Yoga and I have been providing yoga classes in Surrey since 2012. In March 2020 all classes moved online during lockdown and in July 2021, when we safely returned to in-person classes, I continued to teach online for those that wanted to and I also introduced new classes in Long Ditton. Since moving house in 2022 I have plans to cover the wider Surrey area, so that everyone can benefit from the wonderful practice of yoga.
