Yoga For You
I first started on my Yoga journey around 2004 when I decided to attend classes taught by good friend. Having spent many years doing a manual labour job which was demanding on my body, the impact these classes had on my physical and mental health was so great that I was soon regularly attending several classes a week. Over the years my love for yoga grew and I decided I wanted to share the benefits I was experiencing.
In 2012 I Qualified as a registered British Wheel of Yoga Teacher. Now with over 11 years teaching experience I continue to expand my knowledge and experience by regularly attending varied training days with some inspiring teachers, trainers and Masters. My practice and my teaching has evolved over the years, and continues to as I continue to learn!
With many influences I do not align to any one particular practice, instead I like to encourage students to experience and explore movement and postures through the release of tension with the use of the breath.
