Service Description

1 hr class for those that can't, or don't want, to get down on the floor. Classes include breath work, movement, and relaxation. Exercises and postures are carried out seated and standing with or without the support of a chair as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Classes can be cancelled and rescheduled up until 1 hour before the class starts. If you cancel less than 1 hour before the class starts your session will be non refundable.
